I was given pip after a harrowing tribunal in 2017. The judge said they had never seen or heard before of what they did to me and encouraged me to proceed to go after the dwp but I had had enough of invasion of privacy which is worse on this new form. I cannot find anyone to help me complete it and my nerves are now at breaking point. My GP cannot understand why I am not on benefit full time without all this nonsense. I cannot get hold of anyone at citizens advice, ever and I now need someone to come to me. After all the medical negligence I suffered in 2014 onwards I cannot believe that means nothing to them. I have downloaded your form but I have to say, for me, it is confusing and I am not good with focusing or saying what I mean in a way they understand. Is there anyone else I can contact to help me do this form you can suggest? And please wish me luck because I cannot cope without the benefit which is not brilliant but appreciated. Sam

Try doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

If you can't find anybody then try contacting any charities that specialise in your conditions.

Lastly, try more general charities, Age UK, have helped other members in the past.

Our PIP Claim guide covers completing the AR1 Review form. Do you have a copy of your PIP2? Do you know why the Tribunal panel found for you?

PS - Good luck :)

The reason the tribunal went my way was they spent time asking in detail about my medical conditions but someone at the DWP had threatened me by saying that they would give me 25.00 per week but if I took that to a tribunal they would stop my benefit from that day. They did. I struggled for 7 months with nothing coming to me. The judge and the other two people were stunned and gave me information to proceed with legal action. I was very ill and a nervous wreck. I got some benefit but I did not want to pursue anything else in case it went against me this time! I find the questions repetitive and my face to face medical was a joke. They did not ask me to show my limitations in day to day activities. I am two years older and not getting better, and I just struggle with forms in general. I may have a copy of the tribunal letter but the reason above was considered bribery and coercion they had never faced in their careers on the bench. Thank you. I will do a search.

The Tribunal panel will have detailed which of the PIP Descriptors they decided you met for an award, it's that information I am talking about.
