Do you have problems going out or issues with communicating verbally or mixing with other people? If you do then attending on your own, even if you can explain how you are able to manage on this one specific occasion may count against you.
As a general comment, it can be very lonely sitting outside the hearing room if you are on your own and it is definitely intimidating being questioned by three people, if you are happy that you can deal with this then there should be no issue with you going alone but if not then think about taking a companion.
