So...after the saga of cancelled assessment by ATOS as I knew the assessor...my husband's assessment was today. It took 2 hours and right at the end, the assessor said her computer had deleted the entire assessment. We were recording this assessment and she mentioned she had not known it would be recorded( naturally I told ATOS it would be.) She was unable to use the recording to make notes as there is no precedent for it so had to abandon the entire assessment. Where does this leave us now? I guess they will want to rebook but what do we do if the date is not suitable, since they will argue it has been rebooked already, and has this happened to anyone else?
I'm afraid I would expect another assessment to be required. This was the Assessment Providers fault so you should be able to rearrange if necessary, providing you have not done so previously.
