I am waiting for my ESA tribunal hearing date. The DWP sent a message that they will send their response in 28 days and also send me copies of it. It's a few days till 28 days are over. My question is what to do if they don't send me the copies of the case. Legal help is no longer available in my borough and I sent the appeal myself with the help of this website.
If you haven't received the DWP submission within the required time then contact the Tribunal Service, the Judge assigned to your appeal will write to the DWP giving them a deadline to send the information.
