Moved house forced to claim UC

I moved house but have been on ESa in support group since 2012. It is aweful. Tried for hours to get through on the phone to no avail as local office were trying to force me off esa and I even had to supply a sick line. All it needed was housing allowance added. However, it got my back up so I did my own research and presented the relevant sections to them. Suddenly sickline was a mistake but he phoned dwp to see when my next review should be. Waiting time of around 6 weeks to receive housing allowance so I applied for emergency fund albeit to be paid back as o would be homeless otherwise. It’s shambolic and needs to be stopped and stopped now. I am able to fight my corner but so many will be led along a path by ill informed and unknowledgable people with authority and power that is frankly in some cases being abused through ignorance

Exactly the same is happening to me.My housing officer and JCP are saying I have no choice but to claim UC.I have missed 2 appointments and explained that my condition prevents me from attending JCP so still claiming ESA but getting no housing paid so will eventually be evicted.if you could give me any advice it would be much appreciated thanks.
