Not been notified of further information sent

Hi to all.
I sent my PIP form back a couple of weeks ago by recorded delivery.
They text to say they had got it.
3 days after sending it, I sent my medical evidence from hospitals etc, by recorded delivery, which I checked had been signed for. I ran out of time to include it with my PIP form.
I've not had a confirmation text?
Is this normal or should I ring somebody?

I would not expect them to confirm receipt of your evidence, I would ring them to confirm receipt and that it has been sent on to the Assessment Provider for your postcode.
