A friend is sadly now fed permantly through a gastric tube . He goes o0n it at 6pm and it feeds him till 6am the next morning. He is in receipt of attendance allowance. Is there a specific payment from electricity companies or anything else towards this extra electric used.
They should also put their information into one of the online benefit calculators to see if they are eligible for any other benefits, I am wondering if they would qualify for Pension Credit which may make it easier for them to get assistance.
