PIP Review Further Clarification was created by Asbo
Hi
I have been trying to follow your advice that even if there has been no change since last assessment to give full details of "how I manage each activity now. Tell us how you manage this activity now, including the use of any aids you use" and "tell us about any changes to help you need or the help you get from another person."
But there's just not the room to write the full responses as I did last time so I've just been giving a potted version, like a middle ground between writing what I did last time which was a lot squashed into the larger boxes and only a few words. As most of the descriptors I've put there's been 'no change' I have only given a shorter summary of the problems and help I need as the boxes are a lot smaller anyway. Hoping this will be OK.
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the AR1, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.
Attach the pages to the back of the form using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

So would you recommend doing lengthy answers rather than shorter ones as I've been doing? Thanks

I can't tell you I have no view of your conditions and limitations, I'm just saying that you should not feel limited by the space on the form if you want to write more.
