Hi all,could anyone advise me how I can get all the data that DWP or PIP and ESA have about me?Am new to this so not sure if I'm asking in the right place,any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

Make a Subject Access Request. asking for everything will result in a large pile of papers as they usually also include a print-out of your computer record, this is usually not helpful as they do not provide a key to what the data means, so think about excluding this from your request.
