Finding way around site

Any help, trying to find (in order to download) info relating to PIP medical which you suggest reading befor assessment . Can’t seem to find this anywhere but confess to finding the whole site confusing. Expect it’s me, sorry. I’ve logged in but just going round and round in circles.
