Well finally had pip tribunal hearing today..... After following all your advice for it WAS REFUSED no pip for me while they accept I have illnesses I'm not ill enough from the time of my claim its a con because I'm still able to work well ill reclaim as an alcoholic and might win then

I'm sorry to hear that your appeal was unsuccessful, you can make a new claim for PIP immediately, there is no waiting time but you will have to consider how you address the issues that prevented an award this time.
