Please can anyone advise where to send additional medical evidence for ESA 50 after the form has been posted? I posted my form two weeks ago and now have my medical evidence. The CAB site says the medical assessment centre but when I put my postcode in it says no centre. The CAb were unable to give me any help today due to staff shortage. I wondered whether to send it to the address I sent off my form to ?

Send it to the same address as you returned the ESA50 if you don't have this address then contact Maximus
