Yes I won my MR.

a couple months ago i wrote a message on here from DLA to PiP...... anyways, I lost my standard care and high mobility for life and scored 0 from the assessor who laughed and joked about mental health and mobility disabled people and who basically mocked everything.

who copied and pasted most of his replies in the report, called me a he, got my medications wrong, omitted allergies to medications, spelling mistakes galore and so on and so on.

So my daughter spent a week going through the whole report, highlighting, marking pages, contradictions and so on, then wrote out a complaint letter against the assessor to the assessment department and sent a copy also with my MR to pip the complaint was not about the assessment, nor the outcome but about the assessor themselves they have 4 days left to send me a full report on their outcome of investigation.

Anyways to cut a long story short, I was awarded Enhanced care and Enhanced mobility for 3 years via my MR that took only 2 weeks from them receiving to deciding happy about that as I thought I would have to go to tribunal.
