Hi, I need some advice on how to report a change of circumstances for the mobility part if my PIP claim, are there any advice guides or templates for doing this?
I will draft a letter I think rather than call the line because I get very anxious speaking to dwp and want to make sure I get all appropriate info across to them, I'm really worried just thinking about it.
What is the normal process this will I have to go through the whole assessment process again?
I hope not,
Im talking small improvement, not that will stop the claim just maybe lower the award.

There's no templet for this just write to the DWP office dealing with your claim saying that there has been an improvement in your conditions and what it is.

I'm afraid reporting a change is most likely going to result in a full reassessment of your claim, the Decision that will result from this will supersede your current award, whatever it is.
