I didnt know that any part of the ESA i was receiving would change let alone increase once id declared to the DWPi was no longer single & defintly didnt expect it to be stopped. We both have nothing in savings or assets at all so i will take your advice and phone the DWP about why its been stopped. Do you think that they will say strait away about having to go down the 1 month mandatory appeal as the letter they sent informing me about my ESA being stopped is dated the 5th Oct 2018.

If they have closed your claim in error then it should be possible to overturn the Decision without an MR but without an understanding of why they have done this, you cannot progress the situation.
