hi, i have now completed my esa renewal form and added my own extra pages to ensure i have answered the questions fully and i have also copied several extra sheets to confirm my diagnosis from my mental health team and support letters from my gp, but due to the amount of pages i would not be able to staple them all together, should i staple the esa form i downloaded along with my extra sheets of paper used for answering the questions together and then staple the extra evidence and support letters together and hope they dont get separated and lost , i have added my name and ni number to each page. would i then be able to put them all in a larger envelope and sellotape the original reply envelope to the front. would it help if i put everything into a plastic sleeve to keep it all together, sorry about all the questions but it has been hard work to get it all done and i dont want it to get seperated or lost, many thanks bb.
Punch a hole in the top left corner and then use ribbon or string to tie all of the pages together.
You should be able to use a larger envelope with the original stuck on the front. but you will have to pay any additional postage, es[ecially if you want to send it using a Tracked post.
