what to discuss with tribunal

There were many lies in my assessment along with saying one thing then a few paragraphs down saying the opposite i.e. no foot pain then further down she has pain in her feet. Do I tell the tribunal this.

It is usually important to deal with the issues in the assessment report but an award will only be made by your showing that you meet the criteria for one, so this should be your priority for any submission that you make in regard to your appeal.
