Regulation 34

Hello, can any one tell me what regulation 34 actually means when awarded LCWRA with support component, I tried to get the exact reasons I was awarded the above, but regulation 34 means nothing to me.

Regulation simply defines what criteria you need to meet to be placed in the SG it does not actually define the criteria itself.

Do you have a copy of the assessment report? This should show the criteria that you met for the award to be made. If you don't then you can request a copy by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
