Hi, Can anyone advise what action to take if you believe you were underpaid on the transition from Incapacity to ESA please? Do I actually have to request a form or will the DWP physically contact all who were underpaid as a matter of course? I am in NI. I was never assessed for Income based when the changeover happened etc. Many Thanks
