Hello . I posted a query yesterday I hope am doing it right in right place . I get pip mob enhanced and stand care . I have Acute COPD and bad depression , anxiety and tremors in right hand . Severe mood swings . I got review paper and there was 1 change . I got ppl-call asking about oxygen , I used to get it off tele healthwho came if stats were down . Lady said I will phone gap if you need F2F will be in touch I am on pip till 27-7-2019 . Then a day after got p call off a diff lady to say we need to have F2F and there is a cancellation for tomorrow . I couldent as my son was working . So got given 20th November . I just wanted to know . 1/ They are coming to my flat is this normal I never got chance even to ask which I was about to anyway do they do this .2/ is it normal to have assessment 9 months before last award expires . They seem very cold people .
