Esa no back pay

I had a home assessment in September and got placed on the support group contribution based from the wrg the 365 day rule had run out so I only got my stamp paid now I get 110 a week ,why no back pay any help thank you .

So from your post, this is a new Decision placing you in the SG and not a revision of the Decision that moved you to the WRAG so there is no back payment to be made.
