I have transferred to PIP from DLA recently, my award starts from 28th November 2018. My daughter is intending to claim Carers Alowance as she would meet the conditions. I was wondering whether she would have to wait until after the 28th of November to claim it? I was getting DLA lowest rate of the care component previously.
