I am going to a tribunal soon what I was wondering when I sent all my evidence to the coast the esa sent me a bungle of papers which all my details in when I checked hey had got my husbands private details in the bungle this is a breach of priversy is this true they have not got my questionnaire in only my husbands questionnaire can email ou tell me if this will still go ahead I have told the esa twice and sent them a letter also, sorry to go on a bit just concerned. Are you saying that the information included in the DWP's submission to your appeal is, in fact, your husbands? If this is the case then contact the Tribunal Service about it in writing.

The court told me to contact the esa and I did I phoned them and wrote a letter to them thankyou

Were your documents included as well or was it just your husbands? If they weren't then you should contact the TS again, as they need to issue an order to the DWP to provide the correct documentation.
As to your husband's being included, he should make a complaint to the Information Commissioners.
