We are going for the Mandatory reconsideration after losing all the mobility! This we consider to be the 'omission' of information given at the F2F which we considered crucial . Ive been told to call them to say our intentions BUT not too trusting when it comes to phone calls, Is there an official form we need to ask for from them to post to us, reason being that ALL communications and forms are copied for reference should they be needed.
Would we need to resubmit all the evidence or just whats being contested?
