can you please advise me what the difference is in a reassessment and a renewal as i have noticed it mentioned in several posts ? i was awarded pip standard rate from 24 January 2018 to 04 December 2020 what does this mean for me many thanks bb.

So a reassessment is done using an AR1 Review form in conjunction with your previous PIP2, a renewal is done using a PIP2 with no reference to any previous forms.

As your award is over two years I would expect it to be a reassessment in December 2019.
