Parts 9 and 10 of the ESA1 cover pension income.

Rather than a solicitor, you would be better advised speaking to a trained Welfare advisor, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

Yes it’s on the form now, but the only one I’ve filled in from 2013 doesn’t have anything like that. I’ve gone through my filled in one and the blank one. Thanks for the heads up, I shall mention the fact that the pdf I downloaded didn’t ask for pension info.

When I was transferred to ESA from IB I was sent form ESA50. I am pretty sure it doesn't mention savings or income. What is this ESA1 you speak of?

It's the form used to make a claim for ESA.
