I have received an ESA3 form with a letter stating that I receive ESA(CB) but might be eligible for ESA(IR) from 2012 (date I was transferred from IB To ESA). I, however, sorted this out with DWP in 2015 when I realised I was eligible for an IR top-up. Consequently, I received (and am still receiving) premiums ( ie ESA(IR) top-up), backdated to 2012. Thus, I am certain that DWP owe me no money.
Should I still complete the form, but inform DWP in Part 20: Other information, that this form was sent in error?
If you are certain that you have received all of the money owed from when you were transferred to ESA then write a short letter explaining this and why and send it back to the DWP with the form uncompleted,
Gordon
