PIP re assessment was created by lorrainevb
My PIP is due to expire 2nd January 2019 I haven't heard anything from them do I just leave it or ask them about sending a form, just hate contacting them while things are ok.

Contact the DWP immediately, you should have received a renewal pack at the beginning of October at the latest.
