received a esa3(ibr) today.Getting contribution -based employment and support allowance,which replaced the incapacity benefit i was getting.DWP form states-we need to look at your claim to decide if you might also be eligible for income-related employment and support allowance from august 31 2012.If you are you may be entitled to extra payments.These are called premiums.I am anxious of completing additional forms, not sure what it all means.Applied and received pip at higher rate on physical and mental health,worried that completing this form may affect my current era and pip payments and which i found very difficult to complete.Would appreciate your advice as to what would be in my best interest?.I await your reply/thank you.
