Hello, I have changed my first and second names for religious reasons and will be signing a Deed Poll. I wondered if this would trigger me being migrated onto UC, because I don't want to lose my transitional protection should the DWP class it as a change of circumstances. I'd be really grateful for a definite answer to put my mind at rest. Thank you.
