How similar are DLA interviews to PIP interviews?

How similar are DLA interviews to PIP interviews? was created by redrob
I am due to have an interview with a DLA 'Health Professional' (words used advisedly). My last PIP interview with a similar beast did not go well. Are the attitudes similar? Are they just as ignorant and can I expect lies and deceit in similar forms to my PIP experience. Has anyone got any experience. Cheers!

Sorry but I am a bit confused, you cannot make a new claim DLA as an adult and any reassessment of a DLA claim will result in a transfer to PIP.

Is this for a child?
