According to DWP guidance: ‘A person should only be considered able to follow an unfamiliar journey if they are capable of using public transport (bus or train)’. So it’s vital that you give details of any problems you have with buses or trains.
My question is if you are unable to sit or stand on a bus or train because of the pain it would cause you would this apply to the above.
You cannot score directly for physical problems in the Going Out activity so your reasons for being unable to use a bus or train would not be accepted.
