Good Morningi have yet another PIP F2F
On 14th January. The 3rd after completing review form in 5years, each time I’ve had to appeal the last time it was stopped completely but reinstated at tribunal. My question is I read somewhere that for certain conditions, ME and Fibromyalgia being amongst them that the assessor should be a nurse or doctor. My last assessment was with a paramedic who knew nothing
About the above conditions . Has anyone else read this? I’m sure it was on the DWP website. Many thanks
Remlas

There is a list of conditions that require the assessment to be done by a doctor, although this is only rarely applied but ME and Fibromyalgia are not on the list.
