Hi i was awarded pip only three months ago and have now been sent a form to fill out for a ESA assessment. I phoned DWP up to see if i still had to go through with this and was told yes? Is this normal procedure?
Although there are overlaps in the PIP and ESA in almost all cases the criteria are different so there is no way that a PIP report can substitute for an ESA assessment.
