Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
I'm afraid there is no formula to making a successful MR, I wish that there was.
You need to do two things;
First, you must make sure that your claim form and the evidence support you receiving a higher award, so make sure that you have shown that you meet the Descriptors necessary for you to score the 12 points necessary for an Enhanced award.
Secondly, you need to deal with the issue in the assessment report, if you have not requested a copy of this then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim. Stick to issues that lead to your scoring points wherever you can, if you do challenge the assessor's opinions then try and do by reference to your evidence so that you undermine the basis of their conclusions.
Have a look at our PIP MR & Appeal guide and the related documents in the PIP area.
