hello I received my ibr review result today. they thanked me for the information I sent, and said I am not entitled to esa (ir) from the 19th October 2012. the reason being that my esa c exceeds my esa ir. can you explain exactly what that means. thank you.

sorry. but can't recall the answer I do know one is contribution based, and the other is income related, I must have too much income, even though I claim contribution based esa.
