PIP new claim was created by Lisa
I had my pip tribunal on Tuesday and due to technical problems they couldn’t give me my result so I’m waiting for a letter. It was a horrid ordeal and I’m not expecting a win so can I put a new claim in straight away?
Thank you

Just thought I would let you know
I WON !! The decision made by Secretary of State in July 2017 is set aside
I went from 0 points daily living to 9 points
And from 0 points mobility to 10 points
Thank you thank you benefits and work for opening my eyes to the benefit system with your empowering guides and expert advice

That's brilliant, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call next week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
