new-style esa claim

I just called to start a new-style esa claim as it says on the website that you claim by Phone. However, I was told that they now do it by posting out the forms to you. Is this correct? Regards.

I'm afraid this is really how it works.

So you phone the helpline, they mail you the form you then mail this to Belfast or take it into your local JC+ office.
