I’m out of catchment area! So have to change to new dr. Will this mess everything up? Should I ask to say with old dr of 10 years until review completed or change to the new one and inform pip Im changing? So confused and worried .thabkyou

I'll be honest and say that it may make it difficult for you.
Contact the old surgery but I would be surprised if they are willing to keep you on their books and moving to a new surgery will take some time, the only positive thing, if you can call it that, is that the assessor is actually unlikely to contact any of your medical professionals in the first place.
