pip medical

Hi
I have just received my assessment medical date for pip, it will be at my home next week.. I am petrified, I have told them I self harm and had awful time 3 years ago trying to get assessed without medical, eventually a decision was made without medical with the help of my GP but now my GP has changed and I don't feel I can talk to my new GP especially as he mainly does telephone consultations and I don't like the phone... I don't know what to do

Do you have any other medical support that you can talk to about this? If not then you need to overcome your reticence to talk to your GP, I'm afraid you are not going to get a Paper Based Review without the input of a doctor or similar.
