Haven't heard anything back yet. I guess people often wait longer than 2 months? I'm still receiving payments.

There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process at the moment, you can contact Maximus for an update.

Thanks Gordon. I don't want to hurry the process along, especially with the risk of losing money etc. I know in not off the hook cos surely they'd have sent me a letter if they'd decided not to call me in for the WCA?

Success!
I received a letter (after, what, six months) saying my claim was staying exactly how it is. No mention of any interview or assessment. I've been dreading coming downstairs each day to look on the doormat. There's no mention of timescale so I guess it could be anything from a few months to a few years before they start at me again.
Many thanks to everyone involved with the site. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Paul
That's good to hear after such a long wait that your ESA remains unchanged.
