Got appt tomorrow at Chesterfield Beetwell Street, worried as 5th floor (98 steps) rang & explained i already put on esa50 that i cannot escape in an emergency if lift broken, stated 3 steps max, why appt on 5th floor?? Hopefully will allocate a ground floor room tomorrow. If not will they stop my esa? Really worried if have to rely on lift in case of malfunction or fire etc.
