Pip assessor has lied about me

Hi ,
Received my f2f copy of the assessment , the assessor blatantly lied all the way through basically dissing me for every thing .
But yet said she feels it would be appropriate to review the claim in 18 months ?
Due to my input from CBT which has a potential to cause my mental health condition to fluxtuate in severity .
So if anyone can shed any light on what they think my outcome maybe .
I would really be great full .

The assessor has requested nil for every thing meaning she says i probably can do every task unaided so i can not understand her recommendation .She was a psychiatric Nurse , i had evidence stating my mental health , Persistent complex PTSD anxiety Depression ongingtreatment at Specialist hospital also all gps evidence on other illnesses
Which all disable me in one way or another , Asthma 2000, osteoarthritis 2011 , Carpal Tunnel 2018 , High blood pressure , High Cholesterol , and take lots of meds and live in sheltered housing moved there for support needs ,
I've been told over the phone i should get my decision in around 5 /7 weeks , but i just could not believe the copy i was reading all lies , I'm dreading the brown envelope .Thank you Gordon

It is a copy of my pip assessment im referring to , there is dot on stating i cam do every task but yet she says to review me on 18 months due to mental health , Currently i get enhanced care and standard mobility , so can not make head nor tail of it all .
I think it must mean 0 points will be awarded when i get my decision ?
