Despite submitting medical documentation which included the substantial risk regulations, I have been called for a Face to Face Assessment. The last time I underwent assessment the decision went against me but when the substantial risk documentation was provided at appeal level, I was put into the Support Group. Has anybody else had experience of what seemingly won a previous appeal, was then subsequently ignored the next time around?
The problem with the Substantial Risk Regs is that there is no on-going assumption of disability, the claimant needs to show that they still meet the criteria each time that they are reassessed, so it is not entirely surprising that a face to face has been booked.
