DLA people being migrated was created by Asbo
Hi
Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought I read in one of your newsletters that people in receipt of DLA who hadn't been migrated yet were to be left for another year (I don't think that year is up) while the assessors dealt with the mistakes they'd made with people's PIP particularly in relation to the high court judgement. But I know people who are getting migrated, one in my own family got the letter today and another friend this week.

I'm afraid you are mistaken, there has been no deferment of PIP invitations.

The B&W newsletter dated 13 January 2019 did state that some DLA to PIP claimants were being deferred until 2020/2021.

Ben
Yes, the transfer rate had been reduced but it has not been stopped.

Thanks Ben. I thought I'd seen it somewhere! But now re-reading it I can see it says a reduction and not stooped altogether
