hello
I understand we can complain to the General Medical Council about PIP assessors and wonder if you have an email address and guidelines as to how to go about this. Do you have to wait for the internal complaint process to Atos first or is it independent?

My assessor was a mental health nurse (for learning difficulties).

You can complain to the assessor's governing authority, the GMC is relevant for a doctor, for a nurse it is the Nurses and Midwifery Council, for physiotherapists, it's the Health and Care Professions Council, and for paramedics, it's the College of Paramedics.

Just do an internet search for the relevant body to find contact information.
