Ot report

Hi I'm going through a pip tribunal for almost 2 years now. As evidence my representatives have asked for my ot report.
Asked ot for a report but their manager will not allow the report to be done.

Has anyone else had this issue? Underthe fact that it's about me and one freedom of information act I would have thought it should be no bother as I'm not asking for anybody else just my notes

What exactly are you asking for because in one part of your post you refer to notes which you should be entitled to and in another to a report that has to be "done", which is at their discretion?
