What a time? was created by dwmullings
My husband sustained a traumatic brain injury, and serious leg injury, thirty years ago which left him with many disabilities, both mental and physical. In 2017 he had to transfer from his D LA mobility for life award to PIP at the age of 67. Despite providing excellent accounts of his difficulties ,recent and old evidence, consultant, GP, OT, a
nurse specialist,Headway, reports.he was only awarded standard care.he lost his car ,some money and his smile.. With help from the CAB after a MR the decision was changed to enhanced for both. But only for 2 years as he may get better (we wish) of course after 1 year 20018 we received his review.Another f2f,another awful incorrect report, another awful decision made in 4 days and money reduced immediately back to standard care, but this time for 3 years. Of course 2nd MR within 18 months.more waiting still no sleep again.Just heard today .New decision enhanced rate for both until 2030.
Is it all dealt with ? Has Amber Rudd helped? Thanks to you all for support, keep fighting wrong reports and decisions until you get what you think is correct. Thank you[
keep fighting
