Following an indefinite award of DLA approx 12 years ago, I have been invited to claim PIP. Following completion of PIP1, would anyone please be able to tell me how long I am allowed to complete PIP2 and send it back to them? Thank you!
You are given four weeks although this includes postage time, there will be a return date on the letter that accompanies the form, you can request a two week extension if you need it by phoning the number on the letter.
