Forgery? was created by B3lla
I received my bundle and read through only to find, that because the original HP was inconsistent and the original report had to be returned by the DWP to IAS twice, the report by IAS was changed by someone that hadn't even met me. Apparently a nurse. I checked the nurse's register and there is only one nurse of that name and she retired last year. I have spoken to the DWP regarding this and they have just ignored this fact. I am concerned by this. Not sure if the DWP have actually read anything I've sent them.

Forgive me but I am confused, when you last posted a little under two weeks ago you were waiting for a home assessment to be booked, now you say that you are in the middle of an appeal?

I have put in a new claim as the tribunal may not go in my favour

Thank you for explaining, be aware, the Decision from this new claim will supersede and limit any award that will result from your appeal.
So, you can certainly point out in your submission for the appeal that the report was amended by an assessor who did not see you and therefore there must be concerns over the validity of the information that they have provided but don't lose track of the fact that the panel will make their Decision based on your showing that you meet the criteria for an award.
